Alps Chair

This Alps chair is completely unique, exactly as pictured, with hand-carved details that reflect the region it comes from. Found in Villeneuve but rooted in the Alpine tradition, its backrest is filled with geometric carving that was typical of mountain workshops where woodworkers passed down patterns and techniques through generations. The sturdy rush seat adds texture and keeps the piece grounded. Sylvie loves it as as an accent chair, a hallway moment, or a sculptural addition to a bedroom corner.
