Its paneled door retains the original iron key and lock, while the scalloped apron and tall stance nod to its farmhouse origins, where cupboards like this once safeguarded jams, preserves, and dried goods. Today it stands ready for a new chapter, whether as sleek pantry storage in a cozy kitchen or as a one-of-a-kind linen cupboard in a bedroom or hallway.
