A quiet beauty, found in Lyon. This 19th-century oak pedestal table has a rounded top, a hand-turned stem, and three softly arched legs with just the right curve at the feet. The oak has aged into a rich, mellow tone, with surface wear that speaks to decades of use. Sylvie styles it beside a reading chair, topped with a vessel or her favorite candle.
