Blue Tolosane Pot

France, 20th Century

$255+

Antique Hard To Find Ceramic

These blue Tolosane pots bring the deep, saturated color that made this pottery famous in the south of France. Made in the region around Toulouse, Tolosane ceramics were traditionally valued for their bold glazes and practical shapes, often used to store kitchen staples, oils, or preserved foods. The distinctive loop handles and rounded bodies are true to that lineage, even without their original lids.

Minor variations from the images may occur unless otherwise noted. All sales are final.
